Demons in the Dark

Of one thing there must be no doubt. I was a hopeless degenerate alcoholic whose time on this earth was coming to an end. All the doctors, counsellors and well meaning people I encountered along the way could not help me. Nor could all my self will and arrogance. A simple prayer said to God, whom I had rejected all my adult life, saved me when all else had failed. In and out of detox and rehab for years, I found God again, and with Him came my life and my sanity.
