Ec Consumer Law (European Business Law Library)

This collabarative work examines both the growth of EC law and the the development of special rules to protect consumers. The authors suggest that the EC should adopt a more radical approach to consumer protection and so that the benefits of the laws are not restricted to a few active internal market consumers. At a crucial time in the evolution of EC consumer law the authors offer analysis of both past and present trends and future directions for consumer protection legislation.
