Biostratigraphy in Production and Development Geology (Geological Society Special Publication)

In the production as opposed to the exploration arena, biostratigraphic and related techniques are used to address reservoir-scale problems such as detailed correlation, interpretation of depositional environment, geometry, connectivity and compartmentalisation, and reserves estimation and optimisation of recovery.
