The PCR Technique: Quantitative PCR (BioTechniques Update series.)

The articles appearing in BioTechniques represent a broad range of experiences and provide excellent examples of very useful techniques. This volume in the BioTechniques Update Series collects a number of important papers focused on various aspects of quantitative PCR that first appeared in that journal from 1991 to 1996. This period of time witnessed the introduction and rapid development of this laboratory method.
