Microengineering Technology for Space Systems

A follow-on to Micro- and Nanotechnology for Space Systems. This text uses the term microengineering to define the discipline and process, and addresses issues concerning areas for ASIM applications in space systems, operation in the space environment and ultra-high density packaging.
