A Menstrual Journey: Through the Old & the Dark to the New, the Light, & the Possibility & The Goddess Has Many Faces

A collection of poetry on the subject of menstruation, women's relationship to their menstrual cycle, and our relationship to the Goddess, both within and without. The poems invite the reader to seek out the meaning of her menstrual time as a ritual through which she can connect with herself, her inner cycles, and Spirit.

As we struggle to find our way back to our own inner authority and path in a world that invites us to stay outside ourselves, addicted to the external ... this cycle can emerge as a safe container in which we can explore our new energies as they emerge, develop and mature our constantly unfolding selves.
