Felton Jr., currently Professor of Business administration at the Mason School of Business of the College of William and Mary, has had a 35-year career in management education, research, and consulting, principally in the areas of ethics, strategy, governance, and international business. He heads the school's Walsh Ethics Initiative and has authored or co-authored 10 books and over 300 case management studies and articles.
