The Lean Mindset Poster is the origin of all improvement activities. The Lean Mindset Poster asks us to make small changes and find ways, as a group, to overcome any resistance to improvement. This poster is designed to work with our Lean Workshop Training Package and effectively summarizes the Lean Manufacturing mindset.
