Hearing the voice of the child: The representation of children's interests in civil law proceedings

This book aims to encourage everyone who is involved with the representation of children in civil law proceedings to debate and think about the key issues that are - or at least should be - informed by the points of view of children themselves. It provides an opportunity to reflect on what we do, why we do it, how we do it and how we can improve our practice. In particular to: * learn how children experience the impact of our work and decisions * understand the techniques that are employed to hear children's stories first hand.
