BCIS Comprehensive Building Price Book 2013

Formerly the Wessex Comprehensive Price Book. Now part of the BCIS portfolio; still gives the best pricing information available. The Major Works dataset focuses predominantly on large 'new build' projects reflecting the economies of scale found in these forms of construction. The Minor Works Estimating Dataset focuses on small to medium sized 'new build' projects reflecting the increase in costs brought about the reduced output, less discounts, increased carriage and supervision, to the similar items in the Major Works dataset. The dataset is presented in trade order. New for 2013; revised and reworked items in underpinning composites; flue linings and rainwater goods.
