BCIS SMM7 Estimating Price Book 2014

Formerly the Wessex SMM7 Price Book. Now part of the BCIS portfolio; still gives the best pricing information available. The SMM7 Estimating dataset focuses predominantly on large 'new build' projects reflecting the economies of scale found in these forms of construction. The dataset is presented in SMM7 grouping and order in accordance with the Common Arrangement of Work Sections. It is compiled using the latest independent costing information from manufacturers, material and plant suppliers, legislation effects and working rule agreements.
