Matt Martin, an Australian soldier, is killed at Gallipoli in 1915, but ninety years later finds himself inhabiting the body of a drug dealer, Damien Hunter. Before going to war, Matt had been given a talisman, a stone with markings resembling faces. It seems to keep him safe, then something goes very wrong. He finds himself in 2005.
