Five years in the making, the images on this CD are from the most impressive viewpoints of the Red Rock country, many of them requiring long hikes or extended 4-WD adventures to reach, such as the summit of Navajo Mountain, the summit of Mount Ellen Thompson in the Henry Mountains, Powell Point in the Escalante Mountains, Angels' Landing at Zion National Park, and the complete White Rim Trail at Canyonlands National Park.

Many historic articles from the Desert Magazine and other sources are also included including the story of the discovery of Rainbow Bridge and several early expeditions through Glen Canyon by boat before the Glen Canyon Dam was built.
