Understanding Different Cost Accounting Solutions

The purpose of this study is to provide executives with a conceptual understanding of cost micro-economics and related cost accounting solutions, enable them to ask the right questions about cost information presented to them, and then make decisions that enhance the economic value of their organizations. A parallel, but no less important, purpose is to acquaint financial executives with various cost accounting solutions so that they may structure cost information in light of the economic circumstances of their organizations.
