Horace LeClaire and His Bottles of Air

Horace LeClaire wants only money, all the money possible in the world. He decides to capture all the air with an ugly green contraption, forcing the good folks of Palooka to buy bottles of air for their survival. With his poor little dog, Bazooka, lugging the huge machine, all the prec-ious air is sucked up from the sky. A gloating Horace soon becomes a gazillionaire. Then a little boy, Gordy, shows Horace that money isn't everything and teaches him a lesson about happiness.
