Three and Out: Murder in a San Antonio Psych Hospital

This is book two of the thrilling Three and Out trilogy. Rod and Janice Richards left their San Francisco apartment management gig to pursue a new adventure. Three years was long enough wrestling with an unscrupulous owner and running interference for the residents. Unfortunately, Rod hit the skids when Janice unexpectedly died shortly after arriving in San Antonio, Texas. As he took steps to crawl out of his self-imposed quagmire, Rod grasped the opportunity to become the administrator of a privately held mental health hospital. He didn't know that an embedded CIA operative was viciously murdered in the hospital day room. A new al Qaeda cell was thought to be operating either out of the hospital or in the neighborhood. Several patients and two nurses were identified as persons of interest by the law enforcement agencies. An investigation was conducted by CIA Agent Marie Martini, whose promiscuous background attracted her to Boyd Bounder, a former Texas Longhorn football player and the chief nurse of the hospital. Rod engages in several interesting love interests which take quirky turns and challenge his resolve. The chain of events that followed the investigative process will leave the reader in a constant state of suspense.
