Three Problems for Virgil Earp

Wyatt Earp is away from Tombstone and his wounded brother Virgil is holding down the fort, while trying to solve the mysteries of a card cheat who tries to lose, and the sudden appearance of a huge pile of counterfeit money in the hands of a blameless spinster.

Shrewd detective work and hard riding solve those two problems, but Virgil is left with a mystery of the human heart which is far thornier.
