The Gray Grammarian level 2a

The Gray Grammarian combines textbook and workbook to teach grammar to middle grade students. Level 2a reviews the parts of speech and then goes into detail with nouns and pronouns, subjects and predicates, fragments, verbs, direct and indirect objects, subject complements, adjectives, adverbs, prepositions, and commas. It intersperses exercises that apply grammatical topics to writing. The Gray Grammarian is classroom tested and will make the study of grammar clear and entertaining for those beginning their studies.
