Spiritual health is as vital to overall good health as diet or exercise. 

"The Christian Woman’s Journal" is designed to give Christian women the means to reflect on their lives via prompts, with relative Bible scriptures, to strengthen their spiritual health.  Women need to help women as we all tread common ground in our lives struggling with personal value and self-worth.  The purpose of this book is to unite women in Christian principles that will enable insight and personal growth, spirituality, family, relationships and in every other area of their life as women identify the truth through honest sharing, even as they search for Biblical affirmation.
