In Halloween of 1998, a house fire claimed the lives of a family in a small town. Though the case was closed and declared as an accident, a few people know the truth: something far more sinister happened that night. And that truth stayed buried until fifteen years later.
Brandon Jones, a brilliant but depressed teenager, decides to spend Halloween night in a recently renovated mansion in his neighborhood to declutter the stress in his head. Unbeknownst to him, the same mansion is used as a Halloween bash party for the other teenagers in the neighborhood. His friends--- Joshua Boroughs, Denise and Selena Calloway, and Courtney Brown---attend the party in hopes of escaping their own problems and secrets. But the secrets only grow when teenagers go missing and blood is found in their absence. The five friends fail to escape the mansion with the other teenagers and are locked inside with someone who wants them to die.
What starts off as a quest to finding out how to get out of the mansion leads to something bigger, involving their families and the fire that occurred in the neighborhood fifteen years ago. They face bloody traps, deadly chases, shocking secrets, and heartbreaking betrayals as they attempt to survive and put an end to the night that will plague their dreams for years.
In a tale of love and loss, truth and lies, trust and betrayal, and honor and corruption; will Brandon, Denise, Selena, Joshua, and Courtney be able to uncover the dark secrets of their town and stop the person who's desperate to end their lives?
