New methods and technologies are being innovated to improve our standard of living and so-called civilizations in which very unfortunately, the rational animal always seems to fail to be in peace in the real sense of the term. Efforts to strengthen the power and influence of one ism or the other dominate the globe creating only fear psychosis for the common people. This is the great trouble with ‘the world of man’ and what it need is peace and nothing but peace. What can bring us peace? We must change our mindset, trying to be human beings, not mere living robots. Mightiest pens ink in our hearts and minds that bloods seek bloods, reminding us how love paves paths of love. Still we love to begin a new beginning every morrow. We always think of and plan out them sincerely. Poetry for Peace, a literary group, rich in ideals and poetic nobility is celebrating its 2nd anniversary in April, 2018. Its chief objective is to give the global poets a common platform to feel free to write and advocate for peace. It is undoubtedly a dream project for every peace loving soul. We are to abide by nature’s routine. Spring will replace winter. It is simply natural. But it is educative and evocative. We need to delve into the depth of its beauty. Let us look through the spring’s window to peace. Manuelle Augustine, a noble heart created this prestigious group in April , 2016 and has been trying her best to make us dream of a peaceful world. In doing so she has created lots of events from time to time in the group inviting active members to write on specific themes of social, and international relevance. Since the creation of Poetry for Peace, 10 anthologies have been published and now released as Books for a Cause. ‘“SPRING” WINDOW TO PEACE’ is a collection of contributed poems by Poetry for Peace active members, from the series of Spring Theme Events, ‘SPRING’, ‘A Message To The World’ and ‘Poetry for Peace’.
