Volume II of the United States Naval Academy Heroes is a comprehensive and more than 95% complete compendium of Naval Academy Graduates who received the Silver Star or Distinguished Service Medals (from all branches.) The comprehensive Table of DSM Awards is estimated 99% complete through 1975 and 90% complete over all. The Silver Star section includes Citations for nearly all Silver Star awards to Naval Academy Graduates and is at least 99% complete for all Silver Stars in history. Each entry includes brief biographical information and a photo of nearly every recipient.
