This established annual covers every aspect of cars and motor sport, including the year's crop of new models. It also contains additional sections offering pictures and comments on the most exciting concept cars of the year. The world motor industry is described, and car history is included, for example, that of the Mercedes-Benz, the bubble car and catalogue art of the fifties and sixties. The annual reflects the whole range of motor sport, covering FI, American racing, World Championship rallying, sports and GT racing and the international touring car scene. Reports by established journalists in each field are supplied, along with results of races and competitions, and a wealth of photographs. At the same time, the book also features women in motor sport - on the track and in the the pits.
