Lean in Practice: 12 Easy Steps for Successful Lean Implementation

This book tries to close this gap by proposing a 12 steps plan for successful Lean implementation. This plan (the Lean Implementation Framework) draws from the author past experience implementing improvement initiatives and focuses on the practical aspects of Lean.
