Looking at European Architecture: A Critical View (English and French Edition)

This title is the outcome of a process which brings together historians, architects and curators to provide an overview of European architectural criticism. Its objective is to encompass the concerns of writers and practitioners within the 27 member states of the European Union at the start of this millennium. Each country's entry boasts a text written in that country's language and translated into English. Urban integration, renewal, sustainable development and the consequences of climate change are some of the common denominators of European architectural discussion.
