Estimation of Aspirin, Atorvastatin calcium and Clopidogrel bisulfate: Simultaneous Chromatographic

Two UV spectrophotometric methods have been developed for the simultaneous determination of aspirin, atorvastatin calcium and clopidrogel bisulfate, in combined dosage forms. Also are developed HPLC & HPTLC methods, which are simple, sensitive and reproducible for the simultaneous determination of these three drugs combination in pharmaceutical formulations, without any interference from the excipients. All the developed methods have been successively applied to marketed pharmaceutical formulations. No chromatographic interference from the capsule excipients were found. These developed analytical methods have been successfully validated, as per ICH guidelines in terms of precision, robustness, recovery, etc.
