Dilemmas of school Management and Leadership in Uganda

Through out my education life, I have been keen on how administrators and managers handle the challenges they face while executing their duties in educational institutions. I observed that it is more stressing to lead and administer in private educational institutions because the proprietor/s of these educational organizations have various expectations which the manager may not fulfill in a short run. Most of the challenges faced are intricate and if you rush , you may crash.This prompted me to venture into research concerning managing and leading educational institutions especially in private schools. Private education institutions employ so many personnel in education sector and I believe that if I explore the possible administrative challenges , they may find it easy to adjust and fit in these schools well. I am optimistic that this book will help administrators acquire techniques of managing educational institutions.
