Systems Analysis and Design

This book focuses on the hospital transaction and report flow systems in a public hospital. Systems analysis and design techniques are employed to analyze the existing system and to suggest system improvements.It involves the coordination and control of processes and activities of people and systems. A database model is established, and the implemented prototype workflow model system is presented.
