The Civil Law Consequences of Corruption (Miscellanies of the Center for European Legal Policy at the University of Bremen)

Until now, the fight against corruption was regarded as a criminal law problem. This volume, on the other hand, focuses on the victims' rights to hold perpetrators of corrupt acts to account under civil law.
