Managerial Competency: The Exact Approach

It is based on the theoretical approach to manage the generalized concepts related to computers. It provides the main and sub approach to maintain the specific relations and their inter-related calculations. It also provides keen concern to solve numerical calculations exactly with their complete theoretical concepts. The continued importance of managerial competency or facilitators to provide useful feedback and debriefing from the activities is strongly indicated. From the literature,factors that may influence learning are considered but the results failed to detect any differences between learning styles or personality type. this study will provide a benchmark and model to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of computer-based simulations in management development. The research compares the use of two different types of simulation and a case study approach in a quasi- experimental design assessing participant enjoyment, learning and behavior change in the workplace following a development program intervention.
