Maize is one of the most popular cereals in the world and forms the staple food in many countries including USA, Africa etc. Maize yields and quality traits have continued to increase at a fairly constant rate conditioned with hybrid systems, improved breeding techniques and biotechnology.The aim of this research is to revise the maize and maize products about utilization, maize grain and maize grain quality.
