Bacterial Endophytes of Oil Palm: Endophytic bacteria activity against Ganoderma boninense

Endophytic bacteria are organisms inhibiting plant organs that at some time in their life cycle can colonize the internal plant tissues without causing apparent harm to the host.They have potential to be a biological control agent to suppress basal stem rot disease in oil palm plantation that caused by Ganoderma boninense. G. boninense is an aggressive fungal pathogen that could cause serious economy loss in oil palm production.
