English photographer Nick Knight is one of the world s outstanding master photographers. His body of fashion, advertising, and portrait photography has set the aesthetic standards in almost all areas of photography and defined a style of its own. His first book, covering 15 years of his work and first published in 1994, is now available again in an unchanged format. Bound in midnight-blue artificial suede, this luxurious volume is the brainchild of Manchester-based designer Peter Saville of Pentagram, who also came up with the playful title, the mutation of the artist s name to "Nicknight". Japanese fashion journalist Satoko Nakahara has compiled a biography of the artist using interviews with his friends and famous clients.
