Pitirim Sorokin. Novye materialy k nauchnoy biografii

This is a collection of materials to the biography of Pitirim Aleksandrovich Sorokin (1899-1968), a famous American sociologist of Russian origin, who was expelled from Russia in 1922, along with other scholars and writers. The current book includes a new translation of chapters from Sorokin's book "Society, culture and personality" and his correspondence with R.K. Mertonom.
