Study on Overseas Direct Investment Risk Management of Small and Medium Enterprises (Chinese Edition)

In recent years, China has become an emerging large foreign investment country as the going-out strategy is carried out. Large part of foreign investment of domestic small-to-medium enterprises are poured into Asian, African and Latin American countries, where complicated national contradictions, religious conflicts, frequent wars, unstable political situation, corruptive officials and poor public security impose special national risks on foreign direction investment. The book establishes national risk early warning mechanism based on the analysis on common foreign investment risks of small-to-medium enterprises and corresponding risk management strategies and takes direct investment of small-to-medium enterprises in GMS countries as an example to carry out empirical research on the mechanism.
