The articles collected in this book provide an up-to-date overview of recent scientific advancements related to phenomena arising from interfacial tension gradients, with particular attention to potential technological applications. The topics presented include Marangoni convection and instabilities related to solidification and crystal growth, bubbles and drops dynamics, heat and mass transfer, and multiphase flows processes.
