Human Security in South Asia: Gender, Energy, Migration, and Globalisation

This volume discusses the non-military threats arising from misgovernance,competition for energy resources, migration, the negative effects ofglobalisation and gender discrimination. It maintains that by failing to protectits people adequately from these various dimensions of non-military threats, thestate endangers the overall security of its people.
