Closure, Relocation and Displacement- Issue and challenges this book is an attempt to understand the issue in milieu of those workers and displaced people whose livelihoods are affected due to dislocation of people from land and industries in India. The closure of industries has rendered lakhs of workers jobless and homeless. Though there is paucity of serious studies on such issues, the author has included a literature review at national at international level. The work is based on primary and secondary sources of data collected from the affected people besides published and unpublished work from government and non-government sources.
