National Security and Intelligence Management/A New Paradigm

While several other countries have reformed their security,intelligence and policing apparatus,India has unfortunately lagged behind.There have been no worthwhile reforms either in intelligence collection methodology or in policing since independence except adding numbers.This si the essential reason for inability in meeting the formidable challenges of the 21st Century where security,intelligence and policing have become mmore complicated with traditional and non-traditional security issues overheming the people concerned.This collection of articles deals with this problem and attempts to offer some suggestions to remedy the outdated system.
