EU Public Procurement - Modernisation, Growth and Innovation: Discussions on the 2011 Proposals for Procurement Directives

In February 2012, the law department at Copenhagen Business School and the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority organized an international conference on the modernization of European Union procurement rules: "Public Procurement Days 2012 - Modernization, Innovation and Growth." A number of topics of relevance to the modernization of the procurement rules were addressed, and many interesting debates took place. This book contains contributions based on presentations given at the conference.
