Equivalency Methods for Environmental Liability: Assessing Damage and Compensation under the Environmental Liability Directive

The book is the only one of its kind that explains how equivalency analysis methods mentioned in Annex II of the European Environmental Liability Directive are implemented. It uses case studies to illustrate real world application of the methods. These methods have been tested through three years of training programs funded by the European Commission.
