SCAI - 95, (Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence and Applications)

SCAI is a conference series that was started in 1987 in Tromso, Norway. It has since then been held in Stockholm, Sweden, Tampere, Finland and Arhus, Denmark. Although its primary function is to assemble researchers from the Nordic countries, it has constantly attracted an international participation. The motto of the meeting in 1995 was "Theory meets Practice". The Programme Committee selected the following major areas for SCAI '95: multi-agent systems; machine learning; constraint satisfaction; planning and reasoning about action; natural language; neural networks; and application technologies.
