How do images, originally made as commissions with a commercial purpose behave when they are presented out of their original context? Do they turn into art? Do they work as autonomous images? Here these questions arise out of photographs taken for Solar, an Amsterdam-based design agency, under the auspices of campaigns for fashion, energy, insurance and communications companies.
