This educational self help video  is based on the book BEING IN CONTROL and over 20 years of experience helping and researching learning in students with challenges. It includes the pages from the book Being In Control and add live demos to the page descriptions. Almost each of the 40 pages are a separate concept or exercise to help the student with learning challenges and teach simple relaxed concentration exercises. Included in the video are affirmations especially for a young student: simple seated  yoga exercises: self relaxation techniques with the senses: a relaxation breathing technique;  muscle relaxation techniques; examples of  relaxed concentration games. Study strategies as well as accelerated learning tips are also in the video.
