Best of Soviet Semiconductor Physics and Technology (1989 to 1990

Many articles written by Soviet experts are, due to lack of exchange, neglected by scientists in the West and Japan. This work, in an attempt to bridge the gap between the Soviet and Western scientific communities, presents Soviet articles on the physics and technology of semiconductor devices.
