Manuel Vicente: Caressing Trivia

The research and writing of the book Manuel Vicente: Caressing Trivia began seven years ago, in 1999. It is not a straightforward biography about Manual Vicente nor Eric Lye but intended to bear particular repercussions, Professor Lye s dedication to his students, who were provided the inspiration and drive for his creativity and architectural education; and the quest for knowing one's beginning and our identity in an age of experiencing the dynamics of cultural hybridity. Proceeds from book sales will benefit the Professor Eric Lye Architectural Education Fund.
