Developing the E-Government Infrastructure

The advancement of information and communication technologies has provided the tools for providing constituents with convenient access to information and services. This report looks at the goals and progress toward an "e-government" infrastructure in the US. A robust e-government infrastructure can also reinforce, enhance and promote the democratic process.
