Cold Therapy: Seal in a plastic bag and place in the freezer overnight. May be left in the freezer until ready for next use.

Care Instructions: Do not heat. Do not allow grain fill to get wet. If washing is necessary, unzip the side and remove the grain fill before washing. The fabric cover is made of cotton on one side and silk on the other. Hand wash in cold water and do not soak. Lay flat to dry.
