A grief observed

This is the U.S. printed version of the 1961 N.W. Clerk edition first published in England by Faber and Faber Ltd. This edition published by Winston Press, Inc. of Minneapolis. It appears to be a First Edition (copyright page shows "5 4 3 2 1." The book was originally written by Lewis in longhand following the death of his wife, and originally published under the pseudonym of N.W. Clerk just before Lewis himself died in 1963.
