Description: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall Novel Copyright date 1937, I have this listed as a first edition because I believe there was a mistaken the printing on the copyright page, it says fifth edition, however on the title and copyright page both dates are 1937 this maybe a later printing. Brown cloth over boards with gold lettering and design on the front and on the spine. No tears bent pages nor any writing on the back inside cover lower left is a former bookseller label, Grove City Bookshop, Fitch-burg Massachusetts. Browning to the inside and back covers. No Dust Jacket. Light bombs to the head and told the spine minor shelfwear along the edges light fading to the spine. For edge pages are not cut. Text is bright and clean, tight binding, a solid book.
